Site Prep and Foundation
Do I need a concrete slab before ordering or installation?
It is highly recommended. While some structures can be installed on level ground or asphalt, most cities require a concrete slab for permanent permits.
Should I pour my concrete slab before ordering?
We recommend waiting. You should only pour your slab after receiving final building approval. Exact slab requirements, including thickness and dimensions, depend on the final weight of your building and local code requirements. Pouring too early can lead to costly modifications.
Design & Materials
Can I customize the size and design of my building?
Absolutely. All ProBuild Options structures are fully customizable. You can choose the specific width, length, and height, as well as the placement of doors, windows, and your preferred color scheme and layout.
What materials are used in your steel buildings?
We use high-quality, commercial-grade steel framing. We offer standard gauges as well as heavier-gauge upgrades for customers looking for maximum structural integrity.

How long does it take to receive and install my building?
Most buildings are delivered and installed within more or less 7 weeks after final approval. Once our crew arrives on-site, the actual installation typically takes only 1 to 5 days, depending on the size of the project.
